1. Data Collection

   When you register on the Scoreloop Platform, your email address and terminal number are collected, processed, and released for use under these conditions. Otherwise, only access data, without direct reference to persons, including your IP address, will be saved.

2. Use of data

   The email address will be made accessible to other users within the context of the Scoreloop Platform, to announce and enable challenges.

   Any other processing, use or circulation of your data takes place only as necessary in the context of implementation of the contract concluded between you and Scoreloop AG. Personal data can only be transmitted by us to the respective game owners (especially the publisher) of the game you are using, primarily for analysis of play behavior, but not for promotional purposes.

3. Google Analytics for Scoreloop Websites

   For the case in which you access internet sites of Scoreloop (e.g. FAQ, Terms of Service) through Scoreloop, we are obligated to point out the following:

   “This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files which are saved on your computer and which allow your use of the website to be analyzed. 4. Navigation files

   In addition files of small size (for instance, cookies) may be saved on your device to facilitate navigation, and which Scoreloop will draw upon at a later time. If you do not accept that the files will be saved or if you erase the files, this can lead to limited functionality in individual cases.

5. Changing and deleting data, retraction

   You can retract your consent to use of your data at any time at the following address. If you retract it completely, however, your user account will also be deleted.
